consultant, trades and supplier packages that incorporate
all the relevant requirements with regards to the scope of
works and commercial considerations and then tender the relevant
packages to recommended companies to obtain the most capable
team at a competitive price.
Construction Management

provides a construction management service that incorporates
direct contracting and payment by Altius Projects of all consultants,
sub-contractors, suppliers, site construction preliminaries,
site staffing and labour resources.
